Manchester Evening News - The Alchemist opening
28-Jun-2011Living Ventures founders Tim Bacon and Jeremy Roberts are to open a new bar called The Alchemist in Manchester's Spinningfields later this month.
Last week, Living Ventures announced the acquisition of five restaurants from celebrity chef Paul Heathcote – three Olive Press outlets, Grado in Manchester and the London Road eaterie in Alderley Edge.
Anthony Lyons and Felicity Harris-Knott, of law firm Kuits' licensing team, advised on the licence for The Alchemist, which will be open until 2.30am on weekdays and 4.30am at weekends.
