Lexcel Update
07-Sep-2011 Since achieving Lexcel Accreditation in July 2009 the Firm recently undertook its second Annual Maintenance Visit (AMV). An audit conducted by an Assessor on behalf of the Law Society confirmed that the Firm continues to be fully compliant with the Lexcel Quality Standard.The Assessor summarised that the Firm was fully prepared for the AMV and should be commended for achieving such a high standard of compliance and a full history of review activity across all areas of the practice as required by Lexcel.
The Firm remains open and receptive to good practice and continuous improvement and this was recognised by the Assessor.
