Kuits advises Delta Travel sale to Key Travel

08-Feb-2012

Manchester law firm Kuits Solicitors has advised Delta Travel on its sale to Key Travel.

Established in 1973 the Manchester based business with offices in Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham specialises in business travel services to commercial, academic and public sector organisations.

James Wall and Fiona Chadwick from Kuits advised the business on all corporate, commercial and employment aspects of the sale.

Key Travel is a leading travel specialist for the non-profit sector and the acquisition of Delta Travel will enhance its service offering to the academic sector.

Vera Philippou, Director of Delta Travel, commented “There is a natural synergy between the two companies and we are very excited about this move. It will allow the business to enhance its offering to customers, who will benefit from a broader range of great value fares and value-added services while receiving the same high standard of service they are accustomed to.”

James Wall from Kuits continued, “Delta Travel is another example of our expertise in advising family businesses and we wish the business every success in the future.”
