| Profile Steve is Managing Partner responsible for all aspects of the Firm's internal management. |

| Areas of Expertise Steve stepped down from his previous role as Head of Banking and Real Estate Finance to take over as Managing Partner of the Firm in May 2008, however continues to be an important member of the team. Steve qualified originally as a commercial property lawyer specialising in investment, development and finance. Steve has broad finance practice covering secured acquisition finance, real estate finance, financing corporate loans, structured finance and restructuring. He has particular experience and expertise in the structuring of financial arrangements for the benefit of both lenders and borrowers including the creation and approval of bespoke structures and documentation. In the last 12 months Steve has led teams dealing with loan structures exceeding £400 millon in value. He also led teams structuring a number of property related joint ventures including investment and development vehicles. |
