| Areas of Expertise David specialises in acting for lenders in a variety of situations: New loans in connection with the acquisition or remortgage of property including development land, investment property, commercial and residential portfolios, hotels, care homes and other leisure properties. David also works on transactions involving defaulting borrowers including general property advice and reports on title, appointment of LPA receivers/administrators/managers, sales by receivers and by lenders under a power of sale, professional negligence. His expertise extends to drafting bespoke security documents in situations where conventional security is unavailable or inappropriate. David acts for a number of significant mainstream clients together with respected lenders and significant private lenders. In addition, David also acts for borrowers in all kinds of situations including negotiation with banks, and for a number of commercial property clients in acquisitions and disposals. |
