| Areas of Expertise David qualified as a barrister at Gray’s Inn in 2006 and, after a year working in-house for a London fashion house, moved to an established Central London firm where he cross-qualified as a solicitor in June 2009. David has a broad commercial litigation practice including contractual disputes, urgent injunctions, insolvency proceedings and alternative dispute resolution. David also advises companies on their regulatory obligations under English and EU law, with particular experience and expertise in the Cosmetics, Medical Devices, Chemical importation (REACH), Telecommunications, Herbal remedies and Energy sectors. |
