Adam is a Partner in the Commercial Property team, and Head of Property Development.
Adam specialises in residential development (including development agreements, site assembly, development options & conditional contracts, planning agreements and infrastructure and disposals to Registered Providers of Social Housing), as well as commercial development. He also acts on investment and trading sales and purchases, as well as landlord and tenant matters, especially complex agreements for lease.
Adam acts for a range of clients from individual investors and developers, small/medium-sized enterprises to major plc’s. Adam also advises on complex Stamp Duty Land Tax matters.
Adam is a trusted advisor to a number of developers including national house builders, as well as other property companies.
