The group also deals with related rights such as malicious falsehood and defamation.
It is partner led by Colin Hoffman who primarily specialises in licensing and brand acquisition and disposal, Ian Morris who primarily specialises in contentious intellectual property and dispute avoidance and resolution and Damian Bailey, who specialises in IP litigation with a particular emphasis on designs and copyright.
The unit is supported by a number of assistant solicitors and paralegals and works closely in conjunction with the corporate and litigation departments in the firm.
