BIIAB National Certificate for Designated Premises Supervisors Courses from Kuits Ltd
We are pleased to announce that we have started offering the BIIAB National Certificate for Designated Premises Supervisors qualification.The course is designed to be delivered in one day with the exam and certificate on successful completion.
This qualification was developed in conjunction with local government, the police and industry to support the new post of Designated Premises Supervisor created by the Licensing Act 2003.
It is designed to provide Designated Premises Supervisors with an understanding of their role and responsibilities in relation to the Licensing Act 2003, together with other regulatory issues, additional to those contained in the Act. The qualification also adresses the practical day-to-day issues involved in running a licensed premise.
Achieving the BIIAB National Certificate for Designated Premises Supervisors means that candidates will have a clear understanding of:
- The role and responsibilities of the Designated Premises Supervisor
- The key policy area in relation to each of the licensing objectives, and the practical steps that can be taken to promote them
- The risk assessment issues in different topes of licensed premises.
This course is aimed at all Designated Premises Supervisors and all Personal Licence Holders who had Grandfather Rights in the new Act.
The cost of the course will be £120 + VAT which includes examination fee and course handbook.
